Who is mining
Share of the last day's blocks. Pools are the ones the explorer recognises from their block tags. Everyone else, including every solo miner, is grouped together; this site doesn't single out individual addresses.

Emission schedule
The reward halves every 1,051,200 blocks, about four years at two minutes a block, and stops halving at 8 NORTH. From then on 8 NORTH per block is paid for as long as the chain runs, about 2.1 million NORTH a year.
